Never let people define who you are. Or tell you what you should be doing or your goals in life. You are you. You create your own dreams and chase them because dreams can be a reality. 

 

Comparing is a disease of the mind. Don't compare yourself to anyone. Just carry on at your own pace

You don't need attention and compliments to feel good about yourself. Being confident can make you happier. Happiness starts with you. 

Only focus on your goals. Don't be distracted by others. The only way to succeed is to focus on yourself and what is best for you.

Be kind. Be nice. Think good of others.

1 OCTOBER I am really thankful to be alive today. With the constant negative thoughts, I am happy I am fighting with it. 2 OCTOBER I am really thankful for my cute chubby cat, Marble. Woke up with Marble staring at me while I breakdown and cry. 3 OCTOBER I am really thankful for the love of my life, N. He was there when I first checked for my mental health and will always be supportive of me seeking for help. Ilyxoxo 4 OCTOBER

I am really thankful for the chance to teach and making kids happy. Today is Children's Day and giving gifts to my student which made them really happy made me smile. Loveeee this feeling! Alhamdulillah.

5 OCTOBER I am thankful for the creation of Bubbletea. It makes me so so happy. #BBTFTW 6 OCTOBER I am thankful that I am strong. I have to believe in myself and I am so proud of myself for always trying my best to get me out of darkness. Xoxo dearself 7 OCTOBER I am thankful for all the challenges and trials I have to face because I know it makes me a better person. And I have a new tagline to remind myself to be stronger, 'I am a WARRIOR. I can get through this'. A warrior who fights her demons, that is what I am. 8 OCTOBER I am thankful for the ways Allah have eased my affairs. So, I've been stressful about one of my student who obviously didn't fancy me and He eased my affairs by ending it and I am perfectly okay with it. I tried not to be emotional and moving on with life. This is what life is all about right? We do not stick to just one person/thing.

9 OCTOBER

I am thankful for this inner peace. Though I don't get it everyday, feeling it once awhile makes me really happy and enlighten.

10 OCTOBER

I am thankful for whatever that happened for the past years. It made me who i am today and I know for a fact that if things does not get better, it will still be the best for me.
