Fertilizers for Motivation

Never let people define who you are. Or tell you what you should be doing or your goals in life. You are you. You create your own dreams and chase them because dreams can be a reality.

Comparing is a disease of the mind. Don't compare yourself to anyone. Just carry on at your own pace

You don't need attention and compliments to feel good about yourself. Being confident can make you happier. Happiness starts with you.

Only focus on your goals. Don't be distracted by others. The only way to succeed is to focus on yourself and what is best for you.

Be kind. Be nice. Think good of others.

It makes a difference,

a good one.

Just 3 months...

Hello there! Blogging again, NOT in the train on my way to work, BUT on my bed. Yes, that's right!

I had 3 hours of sleep last night and I still can't go to bed at 11pm. What is wrong with me nowadays, seriously...

Well, today's blog would be super super random. I've been reflecting and I told myself that for the next 3 months, I JUST WANT TO FEEL HAPPY.

And how do I go about doing that?

1. Get off all distractions - SOCIAL MEDIA

So I have been thinking about it and yes, I have made the decision to deactivate my twitter and instagram because I have no discipline to NOT CHECK IT. And deleting the Instagram app is surely NOT one of the options because I still do need to keep business accounts updated.

2. Just listen to podcast or videos that makes me happy. Knowledge makes me happy so I would listen to religous talks or anything random like facts just to keep me entertained.

3. Be spiritually healthy and happy. To strive to have a better soul and to be a better person by taking this time to reflect and list down the things I could improve on.

4. Always stay positive! Stop saying anything negative or ranting. Speak only the good things. I am fully aware I have been reminding myself about this again and again but as ladies, we loveeee to rant and it is (to be honest) the worst habits of a female.

5. "Whatever happens, happens"

This is a quote I love to hold during my lowkey days. The art of letting Go(d). It was all about doing your best and accepting what was decreed upon you. It can be really tough and challenging but it truly test your imaan.

6. I would always remind myself not to RUSH things as it could lead me to having other such problems like panic attacks/anxities. So slow down, take a breather and make every moment count. Try your best but always think of your health first.

7. Do not overthink or be extra worried. Like what N always reminded me, "Don't let stress take over". Mind over matter dearself. The beautiful outcome would come in 2-3 months so just breathe and move on slowly with so so so much faith in Allah s.w.t.

8. Believe in yourself, love yourself and do it for yourself.

What ever you want to achieve is all because of YOU YOU AND YOU. Though, don't forget about those who cares and loves you. Pray for them always and if it is possible, MORE than what you ask for yourself.

I think that is all for today! I think blogging before bed actually really made me reflect on many things. I might have an idea to post weekly blogs every month again... HAHAHA

May Allah s.w.t forgive all of us and blessed us with good things in dunia and akhirat. Goodnight!

Signing off,
