Fighting the annoyance

" People INSPIRE or DRAIN you,
pick wisely"
I planned to blog 2 weeks ago but as usual, I can't find a good timing to blog. I'm not sure if today's blog will be two parts or a very very long post in this one blogpost. We will see how it goes~ Last few weeks, I wasn't feeling mentally healthy again. Been having anxieties and my mood was really down no matter how hard I tried to stay calm and sane. I am still feeling pretty unstable. Adding on to it, my wisdom tooth is pressing on my nerve so my gums is feeling really pain for the past few days. I have to pop a Panadol every now and then so the pain won't get worst.
One of the very reasons I was mentally not okay was because of the people around me. It feels quite depressing when people around you show signs that they are NOT SUPPORTIVE of you. It comes to a point where I can't stay happy and do what I love to do. It comes to a point I get irritated that people's "concerns" turned to constant annoyance. Like,... Why do you have to put down a flame that is burning? Extinguishing a flame that is keeping a person alive when he/she is already struggling in the first place......? Some days it is really easy to ignore all these toxic situations but at your down days it just hit you so hard you just feel like, 'What do I even need to do to deserve my own happiness?' It comes to a point where you question why do you LET people dictate your life when it is YOURS.
On your vulnerable days (which most people don't understand), they will annoy you further like a dog barking non-stop - it's annoying. However, I stand by the thinking that, life is short so just do whatever that makes you happy as long as it is not sinful. As long as it is beneficial and there is a reason to what you plan to do, JUST DO IT. You don't have to tell the whole world or explain to anyone about WHY you did WHAT.
Ya Allah, bless us with patience and MORE patience. Bless us with a calm mind. Protect us from people who are toxic. Always bless us with only goodness and things that are good for us. Aamiin Ya Rabbal Al-Amiin.
