Fertilizers for Motivation

Never let people define who you are. Or tell you what you should be doing or your goals in life. You are you. You create your own dreams and chase them because dreams can be a reality.

Comparing is a disease of the mind. Don't compare yourself to anyone. Just carry on at your own pace

You don't need attention and compliments to feel good about yourself. Being confident can make you happier. Happiness starts with you.

Only focus on your goals. Don't be distracted by others. The only way to succeed is to focus on yourself and what is best for you.

Be kind. Be nice. Think good of others.

It makes a difference,

a good one.

Who do you FOLLOW on social media?

" Don't compare our behind-the-scences with someone's highlights"

In the previous post, I talked about distractions and how social media actually made us lose focus on our own goals and what is going on in reality. It makes us slack and it causes us bury ourselves in our own depressed feelings. Which is a totally NO NO! I saw this tweet above and it encourages us to stop following unhealthy influences and start following people who are working really hard to be successful. For example, instead of following influencers who are famous JUST BECAUSE they are pretty but not doing any good, start FOLLOWING influencers who actually is pretty and using their fame to do something good like charity etc. Follow people who are artist and who shares their art pieces. Follow people who are business owners who share their daily life experience and how they bloom and grow. Follow successful mothers who are able to teach their kids to be a better person. Follow chefs that post their recipes so that you can be inspired to try out and cook new dishes. Follow motivational speakers that share inspiring stories and quotes Who you follow on social media is so important as it affects your mood and motivation for the day, week, month and years. Don't be afraid to unfollow negative influencers. If you have friends who give our vibes you don't really like, you can MUTE them without blocking them. Remember that the one who controls what you see on social media is YOURSELF. You control what you see and what will motivate and inspire you. You control what will make you demotivated and struggling between that jealousy, hatred and toxic feeling. YOU KNOW YOURSELF BEST and NO ONE CAN HELP YOU unless you help yourself.
