Fertilizers for Motivation

Never let people define who you are. Or tell you what you should be doing or your goals in life. You are you. You create your own dreams and chase them because dreams can be a reality.

Comparing is a disease of the mind. Don't compare yourself to anyone. Just carry on at your own pace

You don't need attention and compliments to feel good about yourself. Being confident can make you happier. Happiness starts with you.

Only focus on your goals. Don't be distracted by others. The only way to succeed is to focus on yourself and what is best for you.

Be kind. Be nice. Think good of others.

It makes a difference,

a good one.

" Starve your distractions and feed your focus"

I am basically going to write two post tonight and based on a different topic. This whole week was just a NIGHTMARE. I had these suicidal thoughts almost everyday for this week and it bugs me so much. I AM TIRED!! I am even thinking of turning myself in to meet a psychiatrist but you know, what if I'm actually OKAY just that I am in a stress mode. I had only one meal a day since Sunday and last few days I just vomited whatever I ate. Only today I decided to drink a cup of warm water and Dates milk to 'warm up' my stomach so that I can eat proper. Alhamdulillah, my tummy is all okay now! (I stopped blogging for a month now) After a month of hectic and busy schedules, I finally find the time to blog before I get so much busier. My purpose of writing this post is to remind myself that the biggest distraction in life is - social media. Although it could be a platform to inspire yourself, it could also be a 'DEADEND'. So I actually tried deleting all my social media apps for 2 days and I realise that I found more time, focus and peace. I did not feel obligated to open and check all my social media accounts every now and then. I just needed to focus on what's on the reality. I get to focus better with my life and I can do things more efficiently. These 2 days taught me that social media is one of the main cause of being unproductive and it is one of the main reason why people would become more unmotivated, stressed and depressed. The reason? That shall be in my next post. For now, I just hope for this upcoming Ramadhan, I shall reduce the times of visiting my social media accounts and increase my ibadah, more reading and writing. In shaa Allah.
